1. SHIPPING
Shipping Areas
At OLISONCAULELLES, we ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and other European destinations.
For special or international shipments, please contact us via email.
Order Preparation and Delivery Times
All orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
Mainland Spain: 3 to 6 business days
Balearic Islands: 2 to 4 business days
Other destinations: depending on the destination country
During special campaigns, holidays, or high-demand periods, delivery times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and displayed before completing the order.
Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information.
Delivery Issues
If the package arrives damaged, opened, or in poor condition, the customer must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery by sending photographs of the packaging and the product.
2. RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To request a return, please contact us providing:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Return Conditions
For food safety and hygiene reasons, returns will only be accepted for products that are:
- Unopened
- In perfect condition
- In their original packaging
- Returns of opened, handled, or used products will not be accepted.
3. REFUNDS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The estimated refund processing time is between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the bank.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of error, defective products, or incidents attributable to OLISONCAULELLES.
